Permits Filed for Residential Building in Prospect Park South
Permits have just been filed for an 8-story residential project at 435 Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn's Prospect Park South neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain residential units. Plans also call for a basement and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 1-story commercial building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
