Permits Filed for Rockaway Park Mixed-Use Project
Permits have just been filed for an 8-story, mixed-use development at 120 Beach 116th Street in Rockaway Park, Queens. Developed by , the building would contain residential units and square feet of commercial space. It would also have 51,177 square feet of community facility space. In addition, plans call for a mix of open and enclosed parking with spaces combined.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 1-story commercial building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
