Permits Issued for Affordable Housing Development in Jefferson Park
A building permit has been pulled to begin work on the approved two-building affordable housing development at 6001 W Lawrence Avenue. The project will feature 48 apartments in total, a mix of studio through three bedrooms affordable to households earning 30%, 50% and 80% of Area Median Income. On-site amenities will include community rooms, laundry facilities, a computer lab and library, a children’s activity room, bike storage, and a central courtyard.
