Permits Pulled for North Old Town Office to Residential Conversion
A permit valued at $6.5M has been pulled for the office to residential conversion of the Towngate complex on Slaters Lane in North Old Town. The 2 office buildings totaling over 113,000 square feet of space originally constructed in 1986 will be converted to residential condos.
