Phase 1 of Pathway Devens Now Complete
Phase 1 of Pathway Devens’ campus is complete, and King Street Properties will welcome the first round of tenants soon. The first phase includes 3 buildings totaling 392,000 square feet and construction of the amenity building is underway. When fully complete the 45-acre campus will include 750,000 SF of newly developed biomanufacturing real estate with excellent proximity to both Rt. 2 and I-495.
