Phase Two of East Boston’s waterfront Portside at East Pier luxury apartments opening this March
The Beacon Collection, Phase Two of the Portside at East Pier luxury apartments on the East Boston waterfront overlooking the Boston skyline, is expected to open this March. The 296-unit new-construction community will be spread across two buildings, and will feature amenities including an indoor pool with an outdoor sundeck, a fitness center with a spin room and yoga room, a rooftop deck overlooking Boston Harbor and a golf simulator. The Beacon Collection will join Portside at East Pier’s Meridian Collection, Phase One of the development which opened in 2014, and will include an extension of the public waterfront Harborwalk.
