Pilsen Neighborhood Project Receives Financial Approval
The Chicago City Council has approved financial assistance for affordable housing in the Pilsen neighborhood. The affordable mixed-use property was approved earlier this month at 2008 South Ashland Avenue. The project will rise three stories and have ground-level retail and 16 residential units above. Financial assistance will be received from multiple sources, from government departments to private donors.
