Piscataway Distribution Complex Acquired for $80M
A 2-building, industrial warehouse complex, located at 330 South Randolphville Road in Piscataway, New Jersey, has just traded hands for $80 million. The property was acquired by BlackRock Realty Advisors from an unknown seller, in a deal brokered by Lee & Associates.
Developed by Transwestern Development Company, and recently constructed in 2021, the complex is known as "Piscataway Logistics Center". Designed for large distribution operations and totaling nearly 300,000 square feet combined, the structures are referred to as "Building A" and "Building B".
Building A is slightly larger, spanning 151,708 square feet, whereas Building B encompasses 146,505 square feet. Currently, both buildings are fully leased out and occupied by General Plumbing Supply, Inc.
Together the structures feature 42 loading dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, 36' interior ceiling clearances, 70 trailer parking spots, and 120 employee parking spaces.
Sitting on over 16 acres of land, the property is conveniently positioned less than 8 miles from the NJ Turnpike, and 24 miles from the Port Newark–Elizabeth Marine Terminal, making for easy shipping and receiving operations.
