Plans Announced for 170 Units on Harvard Avenue in Allston
has filed a letter of intent to redevelop two vacant/underutilized lots in Allston. Plans call for a 4-6 story multifamily development featuring 170 residential units and a new United States Postal Service Allston branch at 25-39 Harvard Avenue near Cambridge Street.
