Plans Approved for 1.7 Million SF Longwood Area Redevelopment
has won approval for a 1.7M square-foot redevelopment of the Simmons University campus. Named "Longwood Place", the project will create 5 new buildings featuring 1.3 million SF of lab space, 388 units, 47,000 SF of retail, and 12,000 SF of community/civic space.
