Plans Approved for this "Reimagining (into) a Retail Lover’s Dream"
Plans have been approved for the "reimagining is a retail lover’s dream" per the website.
Coming in the fall of 2023, the Georgetown mixed-use building at 2900 M St. NW will be reimagined with modern office and retail space.
Plans show 8,800 sq. ft. of fully renovated trophy creative office space, above a unique co-tenant opportunity for five to nine retail brands. There will be flexible retail space options from 800 up to 7,000 square feet available.
There is also a huge opportunity for a flagship store location of up to 75,000 square feet at the corner of M Street and Pennsylvania Ave.
This new project is by the Meridian Group and Martin Diamond Properties, with offce brokerage from Stream, and retail brokerage provided by Miller Walker Real Estate and J Street Companies.
