Plans expanded on 2229 M St.
The proposal to construct 120 affordable housing units has been elaborated on, showing the layout and unit mix. It will feature 55 studios, 54 one bedroom, and 11 two bedroom units.
Of note, the plan proposed to alleviate the parking spaces from 20 to 14, which will be made of 8 standard parking spaces, and 2 car-share spaces. The structure will also feature a 2,800 sq. ft. green roof.
