Plans Filed for 147 Units, 200,000+ SF Lab Space in Providence
has announced plans for a 3-phase redevelopment of a Brown University office building and parcels 14 & 15 in Downcity Providence. Spanning square-feet and 3 buildings total, the first phase of development calls for 147 units across an 11-story multifamily building. The project is master planned for square-feet of life science floorspace and SF of office space.
