Plans Filed for 410,000 SF Lab at Bulfinch Crossing
The HYM Investment Group has filed plans for a life science development at the Government Center Garage, part of the massive Bulfinch Crossing development in Downtown Boston. The planned 3-building development, featuring a hotel component and retail space, has been replaced with a 410,000 SF lab research and development building.
Bulfinch Crossing is a 2.9-million-square-foot multi-phased development project that will replace the existing above-grade concrete Government Center Garage
