Plans Filed for Buildings 2 and 3 at 700,000+ SF Mildred Hailey Redevelopment
has filed plans for buildings 2 and 3 at the Mildred Hailey complex in Jamaica Plain. Building 2 will feature a 6-story, 82,750 square-foot envelope containing 65 units while Building 3 will feature 71,050 SF and 60 units.
Part of the larger Mildred Hailey redevelopment, the project will consist of a total of approximately 690 apartments which will include the 1-to-1 replacement of the existing 253 public housing units and the construction of approximately 435 new affordable and upper-middle-income apartments.
