Plans Filed for Mixed-use Project 1840 Alton Road in Miami Beach
1840 Alton Partners LLC, an affiliate of Arkadia Property Group, has filed plans for a 67,000-square-foot mixed-use project at 1840 Alton Road in Miami Beach. The project would feature office and retail space as well as 1 large residential unit. Each floor will include 16-foot floor-to-ceiling windows.
The building is planned to rise 5 stories and include 17,000 square feet of office space, 2,500 square feet of retail space, and an 8,000 square foot residential unit encompassing the top floor. There would also be 45 parking spaces.
