Plans Filed for St. Mary's House Redevelopment
St. Mary's House has submitted plans for the redevelopment of their 114-year-old campus in Dorchester. The changes would transform the cramped, inefficient, and deteriorating campus into a safer, more welcoming, accessible, sustainable, and vibrant center for the families St. Mary’s Center serves, staff, and the surrounding community. Plans call for renovations to the East & Main buildings to contain 51 studio units. A new North Building will offer 71 affordable rental units, a mix of two & three bedrooms.
