Plans Filed With FAA For 698-Foot Miami Worldcenter Tower
Lynd Living has submitted development plans with the FAA for the site at 941 North Miami Avenue. Block 23 of the Miami Worldcenter complex will be developed into a 698-foot tower, pending approval.
The .5-acre site was recently purchased for $30 million, and is authorized to build up to 650 residential units.
