Plans released for 6,000 SF Swift Creek Reservoir Restaurant
A lawyer in Chesterfield county has released plans to build a 6,000 SF restaurant overlooking the Swift Creek Reservoir at 14801 Genito Road. Originally the lawyer had purchased the land for residential use but had a change of plans. With plans to face the restaurant west, visitors will be able to eat while watching the sunset.
