Plans Released for for 200K SF Lab in Somerville's Inner Belt
North River Company has released plans for a high performance laboratory at 26-28 Chestnut Street in Somerville. Called "28 Chestnut", plans call for a 4-5 story, 200,000 SF life science development with construction anticipated to begin this fall and the development expected to open in 2023.
