Plans Released for North Miami Affordable Housing Tower
Coral Rock Development Group has released plans for a 10-story mixed-use residential tower in North Miami. The site is owned by the city, and is the current home of the Greater North Miami Chamber of Commerce. Upon completion, the group will be relocated into the new building, where they will occupy 8,000 square feet of space designed for business incubation and job training.
Coral Rock Development Group signed a 70-year lease with the city for the development of the property. In addition to the Chamber of Commerce space, the tower will include 138 residential units, a 250-space parking garage, a business center for residents, and an indoor fitness center.
Construction is planned to start in the second quarter of 2023.
