Plans Revealed for Condominium Building in Miami Beach
Developer Lefferts has revealed plans for Palma Residences Miami Beach. The 14-story condominium building in Miami Beach will offer 126 furnished units. The developers had originally planned a 13-story apartment building, North Beach Town Center, on the site. The majority of the units will be one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 405 to 886 square feet, along with penthouses up to 1,342 square feet. Community amenities will include a pool, outdoor kitchen, fitness center and game room. The building will be constructed on a .65-acre site and will include 8,500 square feet of retail space. Construction is expected to start in 2024 with completion in 2026.
