Plans Submitted for Apartment Community with Workforce Housing in Princeton, Florida
A developer is proposing an apartment community with 303 residential units, 40% of which will be designated as Workforce Housing. The developer is utilizing Florida’s Live Local Act to foster community and accessibility. The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments will range in size from 622 square feet for the one-bedroom units, 853 square feet for the two-bedroom units and 1,155 square feet for the three-bedroom units. Plans show 500 onsite parking spaces and 41 offsite spaces.
