Plans to convert the Tycon Alexandria Building from Office to Residential
A proposal has been submitted to convert more than half of the existing parking, and all of the commercial space, into residential use, with the exception of the ground floor, which will have 21,499 sq. ft. of retail. The concept plan shows that many of the interior units face an interior atrium,, leaving some units with no direct access to the outdoors. The plan features 210 units on floors 2-7, The units will range from 555 sq. ft. to 1736 sq. ft.
