Plans Under Review For 11-Story Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Fl
A hospitality group from Connecticut has filed plans with Fort Lauderdale’s Development Review Committee to build an 11-story hotel called, Tempo & Homewood Hotel. The project is proposed to be located on a 0.79-acre property at 100, 104 & 108 S.E. 8TH Ave in Fort Lauderdale, Fl.
The structure will feature 110,672 square feet of new construction offering 169 rooms with amenities such as a 5,000-square-foot deck with a pool, seating, cabanas, a laundry lounge, and a 1,068-square-foot fitness center. The hotel will rise 118 feet high and offer over 100 parking spots.
