Plans Under Review for 88 Units in Arlington Village
Plans are under review for an 88-unit, 7-story residential development, currently a two-level commercial building.The new project will have two levels of underground parking and 5,800 square feet of retail space.
"The Applicant has worked diligently to balance the County's transit and historic preservation goals," the developer's application stated. "To that end, the applicant proposes to preserve the building's historic facade while also accommodating the setback necessary to meet the needs for the transit platform planned on Columbia Pike."
