Plans Under Review for Redevelopment of First Baptist Church Annex
Plans are now under review for the redevelopment of the 1980 Annex of the First Baptist Church. The project calls for the demolition of the Annex and construction of a new 7-story mixed-use building. The new building would include 78 apartments, 11,460 square feet of space for the First Baptist Church, and parking for 16 vehicles. The property is being developed by Keener- Squire Properties who developed the neighboring Drake apartment building 6 years ago.
