Pre-Application Under Review For Liberty City Homes, An Affordable Housing Project In West Little River, FL
The Neighborhood Housing Foundation has plans to build an 8-story fully-affordable workforce housing development located at 9601 Northwest 22nd Avenue in Miami-Dade County. Plans will include a 82-foot-tall building with 48 workforce housing units and parking spaces. The building will be designed by Emiliano Alberto Orozco. The 0.2 acre undeveloped lot was purchased by NHF in January for $390,000. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
