Precast Concrete Installed Over Active Commuter Rail Line for Parcel 12
has announced that precast concrete plank installation and a foundation mat pour over the MBTA Commuter lines are complete at Parcel 12. The under-construction project was approved in 2019 and is the first air right project in Boston in nearly 40 years. The project will feature 657,000 SF of mixed-use space including life science labs along Boylston Street & Massachusetts Ave.
