Prep Underway for Demo at 205 Maverick Street in East Boston
Fencing is up at 205 Maverick Street in East Boston in preparation for demo of the Maverick Street Market and Swish & Swash Laundromat. The demolition will make way for an approved 5-story mixed-use building. The project will feature around 3,100 square feet of ground-floor retail space, 49 residential units, and 34 off-street parking spaces.
