Private Elementary School Expansion Plan Filed in Miami Beach, Fl
The co-founder and former president and CEO of AirWatch has filed expansion plans with Miami Beach's Historic Preservation Board for BaseCamp305. The plan proposes to build a four-story building to house upper elementary and middle school grades a block north of the main campus.
The developer is seeking a request to reduce a required setback from 13 feet to two feet to “to allow for life safety equipment and a generator to be located on the first floor;” eliminate a different setback and allow signage within one foot of the property.
The expansion project hopes to open for the school year beginning fall of 2024.
