Procopio Closes on Hull Development Site for $6M
The Procopio Companies has acquired 179-189 & 193-197 Nantasket Avenue in Hull for $6,000,000. In March, the developer won approval for a mixed-use project on the site. Plans include 132 residential units and 9,300 square feet of retail space. Designed with a multifamily component, a retail component, and a large-scale food and beverage operation, this project will serve as a catalyst for placemaking on Nantasket Beach.
