Proposed Development in Sarasota Would Bring over 1,000 Residential Units
Sarasota-based Neal Communities of Southwest Florida is planning a new development, Strazzera Village Planned Development, that will include 1,021 residential units in interconnected, walkable neighborhoods. The development will be a village style development consisting of two neighborhoods, multiple neighborhood centers, parks and amenities. The development will offer five housing types including detached single-family homes, attached residential units and affordable housing. The 426-acre site is located in Sarasota along I-75. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2024.
