Proposed Tower Would Be First Rental Building in Miami’s Design District

 

 

Miami-based developer Dacra has submitted plans for a new mixed-use development in Miami’s Design District. The 20-story Tower 91 will offer 107 rental units, making it the first rental building in the Design District. The tower will also include 21,812 square feet of commercial space on the first and second levels. The third through fifth levels will house 227 parking spaces. The apartments will range from 843 square feet for a one-bedroom unit to 3,269 square feet for a three-bedroom unit. An amenity area on the sixth floor will include a pool, outdoor fitness deck. Amenities will also include a business center and children’s play area. Located on a .73-acre site between 36th street and I-195, the tower sill serve as the southern gateway for the Design District according to the plans. Two buildings on the site will be demolished.
