R.I. Development Site Acquired for $3 Million, 160 Units in Planning
Hamlet Court Real Estate, LLC has sold 350-354 Taunton Avenue to for $3,000,000. A land assembly consisting of two vacant lots and an apartment complex, has filed plans for two-phase affordable housing development for the site in East Providence. Plans call for three, 3-story apartment buildings featuring 160 deeply-affordable units across square-feet of floorspace to be managed by Crossroads Rhode Island.
