Real Estate Finance Veteran McIntyre Joins Boston Realty Advisors
New Chief Financial Officer Has More Than 30 Years of Regional Experience
Bill McIntyre, with 30-plus years of corporate finance and accounting experience in real estate and mortgage banking, has joined Boston Realty Advisors, the largest Boston-based independent commercial real estate and consulting company, as Chief Financial Officer.
McIntyre oversees finance, accounting, cash management, and administrative functions for all Boston Realty Advisors and Advisors Living operations, including residential resale, residential new development, leasing, property management, and capital markets.

McIntyre previously served for 16 years as Regional Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Northeast Region of NRT, a wholly owned subsidiary of globally focused Realogy Holdings Corp.
During his 22 years at NRT, McIntyre oversaw 129 real estate sales offices, across three operating companies, with a staff of 29 finance and facilities professionals across the region.
Before his NRT leadership, McIntyre was Metro Financial Officer at Coldwell Banker Hunneman Corp., responsible for financial and budgetary reporting as well as forecasting for the real estate corporation. When NRT acquired Hunneman Real Estate Corp., McIntyre was promoted to Metro Chief Financial Officer.
He previously served as Residential Division controller of Hunneman Real Estate Corp. and was responsible for financial and forecasting for the Real Estate Division, assisting in the acquisitions of real estate companies in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Under McIntyre’s leadership, Hunneman’s offices grew in number from 42 to 89.
In earlier roles, he was Controller of Hunneman Mortgage Co. and Division Comptroller for Cambridgeport Mortgage. McIntyre holds a B.A. in Business Management with a concentration in Economics from American International College.
