Redevelopment of Marbella Apts Would Include 561 Affordable Units
The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing has submitted plans for the redevelopment of the Marbella Apartments in Arlington. The two existing buildings which feature 72 units would be replaced with two 12-story buildings featuring a total of 561 units. The project would be constructed in 2 phases with the first phase including 193 family units and 132 senior residences. The second phase would include 236 apartments. The 2 buildings would also offer 281 parking spaces and amenities including multipurpose rooms, courtyards, a fitness center, and terraces on the 11th floor.
