Redevelopment of St. Mary's Center Dorchester Campus Approved
Plans for the redevelopment of the St. Mary's Center for Women & Children in Dorchester have been given the green light. Plans call for renovations to the East & Main buildings to contain 51 studio units plus the construction of a new North Building to include 71 affordable rental units, a mix of two & three bedrooms. The new income-restricted housing will replace what is currently a parking garage and current transitional housing building on the St. Mary's campus.
