Redevelopment of the New Haven Coliseum Underway
The site of the New Haven Coliseum is getting new life. Currently under construction, Square 10 is a 4.6-acre mixed-use site redevelopment. Work is focused on the project's first phase, which is expected to wrap up by 2024.
Plans for the site call for 500-700 residential units, 30,000 sqft of retail space, 30,000 sqft of public open spaces, 80,000 sqft of commercial space for rent.
