Related Group and Private Equity Firm Rockpoint Break Ground on Mixed-Use Project WNWD21
Developers have officially broken ground on the 12-story mixed-use development called, WNWD21 that will be located at 2150 N Miami Avenue. The project will feature over 18,000 sqft of retail space, 63,000 sqft of office space, and a 7-level parking garage. The structure will be built in the heart of Wynwood and will offer amenities such as rooftop pool deck, state-of-the-art health and wellness facilities, including a spa and sauna; private theater and music room, resident-only dining room, co-working space and a curated collection of museum quality art. Construction is expected to finish by the third quarter of 2024.
