Renderings Revealed for Nearly 900 Unit East Providence Project
Marshall Properties has submitted architectural drawings to the East Providence Waterfront Commission providing new renderings for the redevelopment of the 140-acre Metacomet Golf Course site. The developer acquired the property in October 2020 for $7.6M. Plans call for 890 units, a mix of senior living, multifamily housing, and townhomes. The development will also include 153,000 square feet of retail space anchored by a grocery store and a 9-hole golf course.
