Renderings Released for 15-Story Mixed-Use in Newark
New renderings have been revealed for a 15-story residential building, set to rise at 50 Sussex Avenue in Newark, New Jersey.
Developed by and designed by , the 150 foot tall structure will contain rental apartments, available in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. Tenant amenities will total 4,690 square feet and are to include a fitness center, a residential lounge, an outdoor terrace, and a special event room.
Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space, as well as an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
Three small commercial buildings, spanning 50-54 Sussex Avenue, have been demolished ahead of the new development. The project was approved last year, and construction is expected to kick off soon.
