Renderings Released for Astoria Mixed-Use Project
A new set of renderings have been revealed for a 3-story, mixed-use building, currently going up at 21-01 21st Street in Astoria, Queens.
Developed by
, the building is set to contain 
residential condo units and
square feet of commercial space. This will likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for 1,320 square feet of community facilities.
Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a large rooftop terrace, a children's room, and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for
vehicles.
