Renderings Released for Clinton Hill Office Project
New renderings have been revealed for a story office development at 118 Waverly Avenue in Brooklyn's Clinton Hill neighborhood. Developed by 118 Waverly LLC, the project would see the construction of a square-foot structure on a square-foot lot.
Designed by, , the building will have a central courtyard, a rooftop terrace on the 5th floor, and rear yard space. The project will also include a ground floor parking garage as well as a brand new front sidewalk, complete with multiple tree planters. Also as the renderings depict, there's something particularly interesting that we'd be remiss to overlook. The lobby doors have a unique aesthetic that is highly reminiscent of swiss cheese. Whether or not these will be installed on the finished building isn't entirely clear yet, but we sure hope they make the cut!
