Renderings Revealed for Two Skyscrapers at 22 E Flagler St in Miami
Developers have released conceptual renderings for their proposed redevelopment project at the 1.65-acre site located at 22 E Flagler St in Downtown Miami. Currently, the location houses two 75-year-old multistory structures connected via a sky bridge with over 500,000 square feet of commercial space. The redevelopment project will include two new soaring skyscrapers spanning 50 to 55 stories that will feature mixed-use with retail, office, hotel, and residential space. An architect or engineering firm behind the design has yet to be announced.
