Residential Tower Makes Significant Progress in Hudson Yards
A new Hudson Yards residential development, set to become 451 Tenth Avenue has hit a significant construction milestone. The 587-foot tall tower, developed by The Related Companies has just topped out at 45-stories. The building was designed by Handel Architects, and it will evoke sleek and crisp lines, despite being dwarfed by The Spiral directly next door. Related has decided to choose its in-house subsidiary, Related Construction LLC to be the general contractor for the project.
Once completed, the tower will contain rental apartments and a senior living facility. It will also have a rooftop swimming pool, an outdoor terrace, a fitness center, and even a movie theater.
