RFP Issued for 200,000+ SF Downcity Providence Department Store
has issued a request for proposal for 80 Washington Street in Downcity Providence as the University of Rhode Island vacates the building. A historic department store named the "Shepard Building", 80 Washington Street features square-feet of leasable floorspace across 6-stories spanning a city block facing the highly-trafficked Westminster Street corridor.
