RFQ Released for Massport Air Rights Parcel in the Seaport
has released a request for qualifications for the redevelopment of a paved parking lot in the Seaport off Haul Road and D Street. The request seeks a residential developer for an air rights parcel spanning the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90). Parcel D-4 is an approximately 27,000 SF parcel located between Massport’s South Boston Transportation Center (SBWTC) and D Street, of which 3,500 SF of air rights is available over Massport property.
