RISE Closes on Medford Development Site
RISE has acquired the 1.42-acre property at 4054 Mystic Valley Parkway in Medford, currently home to a Bertucci’s Restaurant. The firm plans to construct a state-of-the-art, 311,535 SF lab and research space, with additional ground floor retail along Mystic Valley Parkway, dubbed MVP labs. Plans also include a new public plaza. The debt for the transaction was arraigned by Newmark’s Capital Markets team led by Dave Douvadjian Sr. and Harrison Zucco.
