Rockville Town Center Phase II Tops Off
Duball, LLC has topped off Phase II of the Rockville Town Center project. The 18-story building will include 250 market-rate apartments, 150 affordable senior housing units, and around 20,000 square feet of retail space. Amenities within the development will include a party room, library, fitness center, and a pool.
